Content is important when it comes to SEO and especially if you want your website to be viewed as an authority in your niche. You may have read some guides about content is king and that you should publish a lot of content if you want any chance of ranking for your keywords.

Page titles and meta descriptions are also important and a known SEO ranking factor. Title tags should follow best practices and include your keyword. Meta descriptions should be written in a way to encourage a high CTR in the SERPs.
Mobile Optimised
You can’t really have a website without it being optimised for mobile. Mobile optimisation is a SEO ranking factor and the fact that most people now browse the internet on their mobile phones means that this is something you should focus on. Google also crawls the mobile version of a website first so this shows how much of a factor it is.
Backlinks
You may already be aware of the fact but if you aren’t then we are letting you know that backlinks are a major ranking factor. Natural backlinks are key when it comes to ranking your website for any competitive keyword. If your website does not have any backlinks then Google will see it as an untrusted website and won’t show it to users.
